No wonder it was gone in just a few minutes. Everybody could not stop talking about how good it was. This will surely go into our weekly meal rotation.
To make this recipe, you need pork ribs, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, bay leaves, garlic, onion, vinegar, pineapple tidbits, and tomato ketchup. It’s incredibly easy to make, go ahead and try it for dinner or lunch.
You can serve it with mashed potato, rice, fried rice, sauteed vegetables, or salads.
Slice the pork ribs into small pieces, then place them in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and bay leaves. Mix until well combined. Marinate it for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
Place a pan over heat and add cooking oil. Once hot, saute the garlic and onion for a couple of minutes over medium heat.
Add the marinated pork ribs and mix with the onions and garlic. Mix in 2 tablespoons of vinegar, cover, and let it simmer for about 3 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix well. Cover and let it simmer again for 5 minutes.
Pour the pineapple juice from the can into the pan. Cover again and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomato ketchup, pineapple tidbits, and water. Mix well. Let it simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. Stir ring occasionally. Adjust the taste according to your liking. Once the sauce thickens, it is ready. Remove bay leaves and serve. Enjoy!
