  • (20oz) cans of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice, undrained
  • ½ cup of light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • (15.25) box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F, then pour the canned crushed pineapple into a 9×13-inch baking dish, and spread it out evenly.

Step 2

Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the pineapple, then spread the cake mix on top in an even layer, and pour the melted butter over the layer making sure to spread it as evenly as you can.

Step 3

Place it in the preheated oven uncovered, then let it bake for about 1 hour until the sides are bubbling and the top is golden, and serve it warm. Enjoy!
