Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats:

  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1½ tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of protein powder, vanilla
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2.65 ounces of Greek yogurt, fat-free vanilla
  • 4 ounces of milk or milk substitute

In a large mixing bowl, add the rolled oats, cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and milk, then mix everything until fully combined, and cover the bowl with plastic. Place the bowl in the fridge, then leave it for at least 2 to 3 hours but for best result leave it overnight, and then serve. Enjoy!
