Peanut butter fudge is probably one of the easiest and quickest candies that you can make at home, and it’s one of my favorites! What I love about peanut butter fudge is how simple and hassle-free it is to make, and it doesn’t even require you to stir for a couple of hours, or even use a candy thermometer to determine its doneness, plus, this candy can be prepared in under 10 minutes!

Step 1
Heat the vanilla or cream cheese frosting in the microwave for a total of 60 seconds making sure to stir every now and then until completely melted.
Step 2
Do the same for the peanut butter, melt it on a high setting for 30 seconds at first, then at 10 or 15-second intervals until melted, and stir in between each interval.
Step 3
Make sure not to heat the peanut butter too much that it becomes too runny, heat it just until melted, then once both ingredients are ready, mix them together in a bowl until uniform and well combined.
Step 4
Grease a 9×9-inch square pan with butter, then line it with parchment paper, and pour in the mixture spreading it evenly to the sides. Place it in the refrigerator, then let it chill for about 1 to 2 hours until hardened and fully set, and slice before serving. Enjoy!
