Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the banana, then mash it with a fork until smooth, and add in the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Step 2
Mix everything until well combined, then add the old-fashioned oats, oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, and continue to mix them until fully combined and a thick dough forms.
Step 3
Add the chocolate chips and stir them well until evenly incorporated, then transfer the dough into the prepared pan, and spread it into an even layer while pressing firmly.
Step 4
Sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top, then place it in the preheated oven, and allow it to bake for about 17 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. Once done baking, remove it from the oven, then let it cool for at least 30 minutes, and slice. Serve and enjoy!
