Whenever we’re planning a picnic, gathering, or other family function, one thing that should never go missing is a delicious sweet treat. I have a couple of favorites to make, but homemade PayDay candy bars are definitely at the top! This is a delicious candy that you can share and enjoy with the whole family, and you will be lucky if you manage to have leftovers because this treat is so good that it’s impossible.

These candy bars are very easy to make and require no baking at all, what’s even better is that you will only need 6 simple ingredients to make them. Ingredients for PayDay Candy Bars:

  • 2-3 cups of salted roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup of peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ tbsp of butter
  • ¼ tsp of vanilla extract

Step 1

Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish with butter on the bottom and sides, then pour in half of the peanuts to the bottom of the prepared baking dish, and spread until filled. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the butter and let it melt, and then add the peanut butter chips.

Step 2

Stir them until melted and combined, then add the condensed milk, vanilla extract, and marshmallows, and pour it on the baking dish spreading it evenly. Spread the remaining peanuts over the top, then press them down the mixture, and place it in the refrigerator. Allow it to sit for at least 1 hour, then cut it into bars, and serve. Enjoy!
