Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, then remove the yolks and transfer them to another bowl. Add 24 ml (25g) of milk to the egg yolks followed by 3/4 tbsp (10g) of sugar. Add 1/4 tsp (1g) vanilla extract, then 1/3 cup (40g) flour. Mix until smooth consistency, then set aside. Back to the egg whites, beat them using a handheld mixer until frothy. When the egg whites started to form a large foam, add 3/4 tbsp (10g) of sugar. Add a couple more 3/4 tbsp of sugar while mixing the egg whites. Mix 1/3 of the meringue into the egg yolk batter, then mix. After this, add the rest of the meringue and mix, forming the pancake batter. Next, put the batter in a piping bag.

After this, grease a thin layer of oil in a preheated pan. Divide the pancake batter on the pan at two to three-minute intervals. Add a tablespoon of water into the frying pan with the pancake batter on it. Cover the pan and cook for five minutes. After two minutes, check the pancake. If it’s thin, add the leftover batter on top. After five minutes, flip the pancakes. Add another tablespoon of water to the pan. Cover the pan and cook for another five minutes.
