Step 1
Put 8 eggs in a pot filled with water, then boil it in high heat. Once done boiling, turn off the heat, then put the lid over it, and let it sit for 13 minutes. Then, strain and remove eggs from water, transfer it to a bowl with ice water to cool down, peel, and set aside. In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt, then whisk until well combined and set aside. Beat 2 egg yolks in a separate bowl then set aside as well. Place a large pan on the stove, pour the oil, and heat it up while preparing other ingredients.

Step 2
Slice the boiled eggs, then separate the yolk from the white. Then grab egg whites and dip it first in the flour, then the egg, and lastly coat it with breadcrumbs. Gently put eggs on the heated oil, then fry them until golden brown on both sides. In a stand mixer, combine 8 yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, sweet relish, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then whisk for exactly 1 minute. Transfer it to a piping bag or Ziploc bag then snip off the end. Pipe the fried eggs with the egg mixture filling and garnish it with chopped parsley.
