Step 1
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper, then mix them until well combined, and shape them into golf ball-sized pieces. Place a pot on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat the canola oil, and place the meatballs.
Step 2
Cook them for about 1 minute and flip them over to cook the other side for another minute until nicely seared. Pour in the beef broth and milk, then season them with salt and pepper, and add the Worcestershire sauce. Give them a good stir to combine, then bring the mixture to a boil, and add in the egg noodles.
Step 3
Stir them constantly and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced. Add the parmesan cheese and parsley, then keep stirring them until the cheese has melted, and then turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy!
