But, of course, since this is a pretty large portion, you can share it with your family or friends for dinner, or if you want to feed more people, then feel free to double the ingredients as needed. You can also add more cheese or use the kind of cheese that you prefer for this dish as much as you want. For now, learn the steps to making this one-pot goodness by reading the instructions below.
Step 1
Place a large pot or pan on the stove over medium heat, then heat the olive oil, and add the onions.
Step 2
Saute them for about 5 minutes or until they start to soften, then add the garlic and ground beef, and break them apart as they cook.
Step 3
Add the salt and vinegar, then mix them making sure to scrape the bottom, add the tomato paste, and keep stirring until incorporated.
Step 4
Pour in the beef stock, then bring it to a boil, add the pasta, and press it down until submerged in the liquid.
Step 5
Let it simmer for about 10 minutes or so until almost cooked through and the liquid has been absorbed.
Step 6
Add the tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley, then stir until combined, and bring it to a simmer to cook for an additional 5 minutes or more until the pasta is cooked through.
Step 7
Top it with grated cheddar cheese, then serve, and enjoy!
