This dish is simple yet so flavorful that you won’t be able to stop eating it until the whole serving is gone, plus, it’s budget-friendly, too. Learn how to make this all in one pan in just a few minutes by following the step-by-step instructions down below, and while you’re at it make sure to watch the video tutorial as well.
Step 1
Slice the flank steak thinly across the grain, then place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, and heat the oil. Add the onions to the hot oil, then saute for a few minutes until translucent, then season them with salt to taste, and continue to stir before setting them aside on a plate. In the same pan, add the steak, then cook it for a few minutes until both sides are nice and browned, and set them aside on a plate.
Step 2
Still in the same pan, add all of the bell peppers and shallots, then season them with salt, garlic powder, and white pepper to taste, and give them a good mix to combine. Cook them until softened, then put the cooked steak and onion back into the pan, and mix well to combine. Turn off the heat, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
