Start your day with this easy one pan egg toast breakfast recipe by table diary 식탁일기. It is loaded with ham, cheese, green onion, and egg. In a large bowl, add the all-purpose flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and water. Mix with a spatula for about 3 minutes. The dough will be sticky because of the high moisture content. Cover it with a lid and let it ferment in a warm place to double in size for about an hour.
Grease your frying pan with oil and place over low heat. To make sure the dough doesn’t stick to your hands, rub your hands with oil.
Get a fistful of the dough and form into a ball. Place on the hot pan and press the center to flatten. Make sure not to touch the edges of the dough.
Add the egg, chives, and ham. Place the lid and cook over low heat. When the underside turns slightly brown, flip it and cook the other side. Once the other side is cooked, flip it again and top it with cheddar cheese. Cook until the cheese melts, then serve. Repeat with the remaining dough and ingredients. Serve and enjoy while still warm!
