Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil to a pan over medium to high heat. Add 1 large diced onion and cook it for five minutes, stirring occasionally until the onion begins to soften. Once the onions softened, add in the 2 chicken breasts that have been cut into bite-size pieces. Season it with 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper and then cook the chicken for about 3 to 5 minutes. Add in 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of tomato puree, and 1 chopped red bell pepper. Give it a stir. Now add 4 & 1/2 cups of dried spiralli pasta followed by 14 oz tins of chopped tomatoes. Next, add 1/2 tsp of oregano and 1/2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.

After this, add 1/4 cup of chicken stock, then 1/2 cup of full-fat milk. Stir everything well, bring it to a boil, then turn it down to a gentle simmer. Cover with some foil and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, checking occasionally until the pasta is cooked through. After 15 minutes, remove the foil lid and add roughly chopped 20 sugar snap peas. Give it a stir, then top with 1 pack cup of grated mature cheddar cheese. Place the pan on the grill for a couple of minutes until the cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle with some chopped fresh parsley and then serve.
