Chocolate Glaze
Step 1
Add the instant coffee to a glass or cup of hot water, then stir it until dissolved, and set it aside. Put the biscuits in a Ziploc bag, then crush it with a rolling pin until crumbs or use a food processor instead, then transfer the biscuit crumbs to a mixing bowl, and add the powdered sugar. Stir them to combine, then pour in the coffee, and add the mascarpone cheese.

Step 2
Break them apart and mix until incorporated, then add the Amaretto, and continue to mix until fully combined. Get some of the mixture about 32 grams or 1.12 ounces, then roll it into a ball, and place it in a tray or plate lined with plastic. Continue to shape the remaining mixture into balls, then space them evenly in the plastic lined plate, and put them in the freezer.
Step 3
Allow them to freeze for about 30 minutes, then melt the chocolate chips, and chop the nuts. Add the vegetable oil to the melted chocolate, then stir them well, add the nuts, and keep stirring until fully combined. Dip and coat the frozen balls evenly to the chocolate glaze, then put them back on the plate, and allow the glaze to set until hardened. Serve and enjoy!
