Every Easter celebration, it’s almost always a must to prepare and serve Easter-themed desserts to the table, and our family’s personal favorite is a good and delicious mosaic jello pie. This recipe by The Hillbilly Kitchen – Down Home Country Cooking on YouTube is very easy to put together and you can make them ahead of time, too. You also don’t need a lot of ingredients for this dessert and it is super quick to prepare, so if you have a lot of food to make and you don’t have much time, then add this to your menu list, and have the best Easter party ever!
1 (3oz) box of Lime Jello
1 (3oz) box of Orange Jello
1 (3oz) box of Cherry Jello
1 (3oz) box of Lemon Jello

Step 1
Prepare each color of jello separately and place them in different containers, then shred the lime jello in small pieces, and cut the rest of the jello into chunks. In a large mixing bowl or a bowl of a stand mixer, add the whipped cream and shredded lime jello, then beat them together until well combined and incorporated, and add the jello chunks.

Gently fold them all together and mix until combined, then pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust, and spread it nicely and evenly. Place the pie in the refrigerator, then allow it to set for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, and then serve. Enjoy!
