Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of Lucky Charms Cereal, marshmallow, and cereal mixture
  • 8 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • ½ cup of powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ cups of marshmallow fluff
  • 2½ cups of Lucky Charms marshmallows, divided

Directions:

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, add the cereal, then pulse until the mixture turns into fine crumbs, slowly pour the melted butter in, and continue to pulse them together until combined and the crumbs are completely moistened. Pour the crumbs into a 9-inch pie plate, then press it onto the bottoms as well as around the sides to form the pie crust, then place it in the freezer, and allow it to set while preparing the filling.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, add the heavy cream, then beat it with an electric hand mixer while adding the powdered sugar in batches until stiff peaks start to form. Set the whipped cream aside in the refrigerator as well and allow it to chill for a while. In a separate large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff, then beat them together for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy, then add half of the whipped cream into the mixture along with ½ cup of marshmallows, and fold them together until combined and incorporated.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the prepared and chilled pie crust, then spread it out until smooth and even, and pour the remaining whipped cream all over the top or pipe it for some decoration. Sprinkle the remaining marshmallows around the edge of the pie, then allow it to freeze for at least 8 hours up to overnight, and allow it to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
