Graham Cracker Crust
Cheesecake Filling
Step 1
Add the Graham cracker sheets to a food processor and blend them until fine crumbs, then transfer them to a large mixing bowl, and add the melted butter and granulated sugar. Stir them all together using a fork until combined, then transfer them to a springform pan (make sure the sides are wiped with nonstick cooking spray), and press them down the bottom using the bottom of a glass.

Step 2
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese for about 30 seconds until creamy, add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat them together starting on low speed until combined. In another mixing bowl, add the cold heavy whipping cream, then beat it until thickened starting on slow speed, then switching to high speed until stiff peaks form, clean the sides with a spatula, and give it one last whip.
Step 3
Add it to the cream cheese mixture, then fold them gently together until combined, and pour it onto the prepared crust. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly, then place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours up to overnight until completely set. Once ready to serve, top it with cherry pie filling however you want, then serve, and enjoy!
