Chicken
Creole Seasoning
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 390°F, then line a large tray with foil, and then put baking paper on top. In a small bowl, add the butter and garlic, then give them a good mix, and set aside. In another small bowl, add all of the creole ingredients, then mix them until uniform, and set aside.
Step 2
Place the wings in a large bowl, then sprinkle half of the seasoning, and toss them until evenly coated. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning, then toss them again, pour the garlic butter, and give them a final toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Step 3
Place the wings on the prepared tray, then spread them out in a single layer with their skin side up, and place them in the preheated oven. Allow them to bake for about 45 to 50 minutes, then at the 30 or 40-minute mark, baste the chicken with the juices on the tray, and keep baking them until golden.
Step 4
Once done baking, remove them from the oven, then baste the wings again, and transfer them to a serving plate making sure to include all of the juices. Garnish with roughly chopped coriander, cilantro, parsley, or green onion, then serve, and enjoy!
