What I love about this cleaning hack aside from the fact that it’s budget-friendly is its effectiveness and simplicity, it’s also way safer than other chemicals used for cleaning. This hack can also be used to clean other areas or appliances you have at home. Go ahead and watch the video tutorial now to see for yourself!
Step 1
First, remove the racks inside the oven, then get a small bowl or container, and add some baking soda and water to it. Give them a good mix to combine, and keep adding baking soda or water until you reach a runny consistency.
Step 2
Grab a scraper and scrape off the burnt parts of your oven and throw them away, then apply the paste all over the inside as well as the door of your oven. Put some vinegar in a spray bottle, then spray it over the applied paste.
Step 3
Allow them to sit for a few hours or as long as you can, if you don’t have much time then you can skip this step and get straight to cleaning. Using a Scotch Brite, scrub the whole oven clean, then rinse them with water, and wipe them dry with paper towels.
Step 4
You can add the water to a spray bottle for easier rinsing, then finish wiping the oven clean and dry with a clean cloth. Clean the rack in the sink with baking soda paste and vinegar, then wipe them dry, and put them back in the oven.
