Add a layer of digestive biscuits to a baking dish.
In a saucepan, add 2 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour. Stir vigorously to avoid lumps. You want the mixture to be smooth.
Add 1/4 cup of milk powder to the mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Place the saucepan over low to medium flame. Continuously stir the mixture to avoid burning and forming of lumps.
Add 1 1/2 cups of butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Continuously stir until you get a slightly thick consistency. Immediately pour some mixture over the digestive biscuits. Spread evenly.
Add another layer of digestive biscuits and milk mixture. Sprinkle desiccated coconut and chopped almond and pistachio on top. Set aside and let it cool.
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of whipping cream and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Whisk until soft peaks using a hand mixer. Spread evenly on top of the coconut and chopped nuts.
Sprinkle more desiccated coconut and chopped nuts on top. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight. Slice the cake, serve on a plate, and enjoy!
