This meatballs and gravy dish is filling and comforting, making it the perfect meal for the whole family. You can serve it with buttered egg noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, rice, or salads.

For the gravy:
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, egg, green seasoning, meat seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, all-purpose seasoning, complete seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well combined using your hands.
Form the beef mixture into balls.
Place a pan over heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once hot, add the meatballs and sear until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
In a different pan, make the gravy. Add oil, sliced onion, bell pepper, garlic, ginger, thyme, and habanero pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Make the space in the middle and add the butter. Once melted, add the butter and mix with the butter. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add beef broth, tomato sauce, stew seasoning, and other ingredients. Mix to combine. Let it come to a simmer.
Once simmering, add the meatballs back and coat with the gravy. Place the lid and cook for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Add fresh onions and parsley. Mix, then turn off the heat. Serve and enjoy.
