Take the 3 mm cord and fold it in half. Insert the cord loop through the loop of the keychain. Open the cord loop, and pull the loose cords through the ends.
Tape the keychain on your work surface.
Take the left cord and place it over to the right. Do the same for the other cord so you have a little crossover.
Take the natural cord and fold it in half. Insert the loop behind the crossover cords, place it over top, and pull the loose cords through the loop. Tighten the crossover and pull the loop tightly.
The left part of the 3mm will be the filler cord. Make Lark’s head knot on top of it.
Take the natural cord and go behind the filler cord. Put the end of the natural cord over it and pull through the loop. Pull it up. Repeat but this time put the end of the natural cord under.
Repeat step 5 to the other side.
Move the 3 mm out of the way, then take the two natural cords. Place them crisscrossed. Take the mustard cord and fold it in half. Put the loop behind the crisscross, pull it over, and pull the strings through. Pull the natural cords tightly.
Repeat step 5 and step 6.
Crisscross the 3 mm cord. Take the left natural cord. Place it over those two and pull it through the loop. Do the same to the right natural cord. Pull the 3 mm cords to tighten.
Take the 3 mm cord and go behind all four cords. Pull tightly. Come into the front and do a regular knot. Make a bow.
