Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, sift the cake flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and baking powder together, then add the salt, and whisk them until well combined and uniform. Add the lemon juice to the fresh milk, then give them a good stir to combine, and then add the sugar, vegetable oil, espresso coffee, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk them all together until well combined, then pour them into the flour mixture, and continue to whisk them together until incorporated. Line a round cake pan with parchment paper at the bottom and grease them well, then pour the cake batter into 2 prepared pans evenly, and place them in the middle of a preheated oven.

Step 2
Allow them to bake at 180°C or 350°F for about 25 minutes, then unmold and peel off the parchment paper at the bottom, and allow them to cool down completely. In a saucepan, add the fresh milk and all-purpose flour, then place them on a stove over medium heat, and whisk them around until well combined and thickened. Turn off the heat, then remove it from the stove, and stir them around with a spatula. Transfer the cream to a bowl, then cover it with plastic wrap, and press it down gently so the plastic sits right on top of the cream as shown in the video.
Step 3
Set the cream aside to cool, then in a separate bowl, add the unsalted butter, and beat it until creamy. Add the sugar and continue to beat until well combined, then add the cooled cream, and beat them together until incorporated and combined. Get 1 layer of cake, then scoop and spread the cream filling on top evenly, and place the other layer of the cake above it. In another bowl, add the hot whipping cream to the chocolate chips, then whisk them together until melted and incorporated, and pour it all over the cake until completely covered. Allow the chocolate to set, then serve, and enjoy!
