Step 1
Prepare and cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain off all the water, and set it aside. Place a large skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then cut the bacon into bite-sized pieces, and cook them on the warm skillet for about 8 minutes or until brown and crispy making sure to stir occasionally. Once the bacon is cooked, transfer it to a bowl, then remove the rendered grease from the pan leaving only about 2 tablespoons, and add the butter. While the butter is melting, add the flour, then whisk them together until combined, and add the salt, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, chili pepper paste, Worcestershire sauce, whiskey, and chicken broth.

Step 2
Give them a good whisk to combine, then allow it to simmer for about 3 minutes while whisking occasionally, and stir in the milk until combined and incorporated. Once the mixture is bubbly, add all of the cheese, then stir them together until smooth and melted. Add the cooked pasta and bacon into the sauce, then stir them all together until combined, and allow it to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Sprinkle croutons if desired, then serve, and enjoy!
