Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2¼ tsp of white vinegar
  • ¼-1 tsp of lemon juice, or to taste
  • 1 tsp of water
  • ¾ tsp of salt
  • ¾ tsp of sugar
  • 1 cup of oil, in the video she used sunflower oil

Directions:

Step 1

Separate the yolk from the white, then put the egg yolk in a tall glass or container, and add the lemon juice, salt, sugar, white vinegar, water, and oil. Insert the stick immersion blender flatly down the bottom of the container, then zap it a couple of times to combine, and slowly pull it up to let the oil go down while blending consistently letting it build up on its own.
