We can all agree that ice cream is a winner dessert after a heavy and savory meal, and is also the best treat to eat during the hot season. Personally, I love topping ice cream with different kinds of candies, sprinkles, nuts, and even marshmallows! Recently, while browsing the internet for a good recipe to try, I saw this mouth-watering video tutorial by The Slow Roasted Italian on YouTube and I was so excited to give a try. What made me love this recipe even better is that it only requires two simple ingredients to make and it can be prepared within just a minutes. I definitely enjoyed cracking the chocolate shell, but I enjoyed eating it together with the ice cream even more. You should definitely give this a try because I guarantee you both kids and adults alike can’t say no to this. Learn how to make this now by simply reading the written instructions down below and watch the video tutorial as well.

In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil, then heat them in the microwave with intervals of 30 seconds until the chocolate chips are almost completely melted, and give them a good stir until well combined and smooth. Allow the chocolate to cool down, then transfer it to a tall mason jar or container, and pour over ice cream, or chill before serving. You can also add sprinkles or more chocolate to top your dessert. Enjoy!
