I am currently on a keto diet so all of the recipes that I’m using are all healthy, and one of my current favorites is this by Lana Fit on YouTube. It’s very soft and delicious and is probably one of the fluffiest breads I have ever tried. It’s so good when used in sandwiches but it’s equally yummy when eaten as is, I’m sure you’ll love this bread, too!

I have already made this a couple of times and they always come out perfectly. What’s even better about this recipe is that it’s so quick to prepare and requires only 5 ingredients most of which you may already have available in your kitchen. Step 1
Preheat your oven to 340°F or 140°C, then line a loaf pan with parchment paper on the sides and bottom, and set it aside.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add the protein powder, water, and salt, then beat them until combined and fluffy, add the Greek yogurt, and continue beating at a low speed until smooth and incorporated.
Step 3
Add a few drops of stevia to the batter, then give it a good mix again to incorporate, and once done, transfer the fluffy batter to the prepared pan. Spread it and smooth the surface as evenly as you can, then place it in the preheated oven, and let it bake for about 40 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
