  • 28 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 cups of Greek yogurt, full-fat, plain
  • 14oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • Golden Oreo cookies, crushed, for topping

Step 1

In the food processor, add the Golden Oreo cookies, then blend them until fine crumbs, and transfer them to a 9-inch round pie dish. Spread the crumbs evenly, then press it down firmly with the back of a spoon, and set it aside.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk, then give them a good stir, and heat it for about 3 minutes in the microwave. Stir the mixture well, then put it back in the microwave to heat for another 3 minutes, and then stir it again.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the prepared cookie crumb crust, then spread it evenly, and place it in the refrigerator. Allow it to chill overnight until set, then crush the 4 Oreo cookies, and sprinkle it over the top. Serve and enjoy!
