Add a generous amount of oil into a deep fryer and heat to 375F.
Using a small round cookie cutter, cut out the center of each canned biscuit to form the donuts. Do not throw away the centers as you will use them for donut holes.
Make the glaze icing. Add 2 tablespoons of butter in a microwavable bowl and microwave until melted. Once melted, add in sugar, vanilla, and milk. Stir well.
Make the chocolate glaze. In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk until smooth. Set it aside.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
Once the oil has reached 375f, start frying the donuts two at a time. Fry them 1 minute per side. Place on a wire rack to remove excess oil. Repeat with the remaining donuts. Once done, add all the donut holes and fry them for 1 minute. Turn them halfway through.
Coat donuts into the glaze one at a time. Carefully remove them with a tong, then place on the cooling rack. Repeat with the remaining donuts.
Toss canned donut holes in the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat.
Serve and enjoy!
