Step 1
Prepare your chicken and season them with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and dried thyme. Toss the chicken around and rub the seasonings in until each piece is well coated, then set them aside. Place a large frying pan or skillet pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then heat up some olive oil, and place the seasoned chicken. Cook the pieces of chicken for about 3 minutes on each side evenly, then set aside. Before you continue cooking on the pan, place a pot on a stove over medium-high heat and fill it with water, add a teaspoon of salt, then bring it to a boil, and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Step 2
Back in the same pan that you used, add the butter and let it melt, then saute the minced onion for about 1 to 2 minutes or until it caramelizes. Add the chopped dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes, then stir them around, and cook them for about 30 seconds before pouring in the half and half. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese, then add the bouillon cube, and stir them together until well combined. Scoop up some of the boiling pasta water and add it to the mixture, then give them a good stir. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture, then sprinkle some chopped parsley, and stir them together before topping it with the cooked chicken.
