Serve this on your dinner table and impress your family, you can eat this as is, or you can top it on a toast, add cheese, and broil. You can even make a casserole version of this if you want, surely even picky eaters would find this delicious.

Give the mushrooms a good rinse, then let them drip dry in a strainer for a few minutes, and while waiting for them to dry, prepare the other ingredients. Chop the garlic and parsley well, then slice the onion into thick pieces, and set aside. Place a large pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the olive oil, and let it heat up. Add the mushrooms, then give them a nice toss until evenly coated with the oil, add the onions, and stir well. Next, add the garlic, then mix them until well combined, pour the broth, and cover the pan with the lid. Let it cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are almost cooked through.

Once steaming is done, give them a good stir, then add the parsley, and stir them a gain. Season them with salt and pepper, then taste them, and adjust the flavor as needed. Add the butter, then let it melt, and stir until well combined. Serve immediately on the side of your favorite dish or top in toast or bread. Simply scoop up the mushrooms, then place them on top of the bread or toast, add a slice of cheese on top, and broil in the oven on a high setting for about 3 minutes. Garnish with more parsley, then serve, and enjoy!
