Brownies are delicious and fun-sized desserts that I can probably eat every day, plus, they go well with any beverage, too, which makes them even better than they already are. You can serve this at parties, gatherings, or holidays, and you can give this as a gift, too. Surely, your family will thank you when you serve them these chocolatey and delightful fudgy brownies. If you want to learn how now, then proceed to read the instructions down below and watch the video tutorial as well. All thanks to RecipeTin Eats on YouTube for this wonderful recipe!
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C or 350°F, then grease an 8-inch square cake pan with oil, and line it with baking or parchment paper making sure to allow excess hanging all over the sides. In a heat-proof or microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and chocolate chips, then heat them up for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 30-second intervals until melted. Stir them together until smooth and incorporated, then add the sugar and vanilla, and continue to mix until combined.

Step 2
Add the eggs, then mix them together until smooth and the sugar has dissolved, add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and then continue to stir them all together until smooth and combined. Add the chopped chocolate, then give them a good stir to combine, and pour it into the prepared pan.
Step 3
Place it in the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 24 minutes if you want a gooey center or 28 minutes if you want a fudgy but very moist result, and 32 minutes if you want it to be very moist and fudge-cake-like. Allow it to rest for about 10 minutes, then lift it out of the pan, and allow it to cool down for at least 20 minutes before cutting. Serve and enjoy!
