Honey Lime Dressing
Step 1: Prepare the fruits
Trim off the top and the bottom of the cantaloupe, then lay it flat side down and slice down in half lengthwise, and then scoop out the seeds. Slice them into long wedges, then slice or peel off the skin of each slice, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Transfer the sliced cantaloupe into a large glass bowl and set them aside. Peel the mangoes and slice them into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the bowl. Slice the red grapes in half, then add them to the bowl as well. Cut off the green leaves of the strawberries, then slice them in half lengthwise, and again into quarters, and then add them to the bowl. Trim off the top and bottom of the pineapple, slice in half lengthwise, remove the core, then cut into thick wedges. Cut them into chunks, then slice the bottom through to remove it from the skin, and add to the bowl. Peel off the fuzzy skin of the kiwis and slice them into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the bowl, and add the blueberries as is.

Step 2: Honey lime dressing
In a small mixing bowl or cup, add the lime zest, lime juice, and honey, then stir them all together until uniform and combined. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit, then gently stir them together with a wooden spoon until the dressing is evenly distributed and they are well combined. You can put them in the fridge before serving if preferred. Modify and swap the ingredients to your liking.
