Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups of finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup of white sugar
  • 6 tbsp of butter, melted
  • 1 (28-ounce) package of chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
  • 2 cups or more of mini marshmallows

Directions:

Step 1

Crush the graham crackers until fine crumbs, then add them to a large mixing bowl, and add the sugar and melted butter as well. Mix them all together until well combined, then transfer it to a 9-inch pie dish, and gently press it down all over the bottom and up the sides making sure to smoothen the edges of the crust.

Step 2

Put it in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for at least 30 minutes, then once ready, remove it from the fridge, and fill it with chocolate ice cream. Spread the ice cream evenly and smoothen the surface out, then place the marshmallows all over the top of the ice cream in a single layer until fully covered, and gently press them down onto the ice cream.

Step 3

Put it back in the refrigerator, then allow it to freeze for at least 2 hours or until very firm and set. Once ready to serve, toast the marshmallows lightly with a blow torch if you have one or skip this step entirely, then put it back in the freezer, and leave it for 3 more hours. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
