Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces of milk chocolate
  • 2 packets of hot cocoa mix
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows
  • 6 cups of hot milk
  • ½ cup of red hots
  • 6 shots of fireball whiskey

Directions:

Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate, then heat it up until melted, smooth, and creamy, and scoop a spoonful into the mold making sure each mold is well coated. Put it inside the refrigerator, then let it sit for about 15 minutes until hardened, and then carefully unmold the chocolates.

Step 2

Place a small skillet pan on a stove, then heat it up, remove, and set it aside. Place the open side of half a chocolate ball to melt the edges for a few seconds on the hot pan, then fill the inside with cocoa powder, whiskey, and mini marshmallows, and then melt the edges of another half chocolate ball before placing it on top of the filled half.

Step 3

Hold it in place for a few seconds until they have adhered together, then repeat with the remaining ingredients, and put them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until set. Melt the leftover chocolate stirring at 15-second intervals, then transfer it to a piping bag, and pipe the top of the cocoa bombs nicely before sprinkling crushed red hots.
