Crack four eggs in a mixing bowl. Season the eggs with a pinch of salt, then beat them. Set it aside. Next, get four green onions and chop them. In a pan, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, then pour the beaten eggs and scramble them. When the egg is nearly cooked, add two more tbsp of cooking oil, then add the 4 cups of cold rice.

(At this point, you can choose whether you season it with only salt or only soy sauce or a mix of both.) Add 2 tbsp of salt and 2 tbsp of soy sauce. (When adding the soy sauce, make sure to go around the pan to make it sizzle.) Mix the fried rice nicely and thoroughly. After this, turn off the heat, then add the chopped green onions and give it a little mix. Transfer to a plate, then serve.
