Preheat your oven to 425°F, then in a 9×13-inch casserole dish, add the pasta, marinara, and water, and stir them all together until combined. Next, add the meatballs on top of the pasta, then cover them with aluminum foil, and put them inside the middle rack of a preheated oven. Allow it to bake for about 40 minutes, then take it out of the oven, and remove the cover. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese all over the top of the meatballs, put the cover back in the casserole dish, then put it back in the oven, and allow it to cook for about 10 to 15 more minutes or until the cheese has melted. Let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes, then serve, and enjoy!
