This DIY project by Lori Blye DIY on YouTube is super easy to make and all of the materials used can be purchased from the nearest Dollar store. You can also add your own touch by adding more designs or decor pieces that you want to make the wreath more beautiful and festive. Step 1
Fold the chenille stems in half, then insert them on the 2 lower wires of the wreath making sure they are spaced evenly about 1 to 2 inches, and then twist them in place. Insert the next chenille stems on the 2 wires in the middle of the wreath, then space them evenly, and twist them in place. Dab some hot glue on them to make them stay, then fold the ends of the table runner together, and place them all around the wreath using the stems to lock them in place.

Step 2
Make sure to fluff the fabric as shown in the video, then cut the ribbon pieces, and tie them together with a floral wire. Curl the mesh together, then attach them to the wreath along with the ribbon bunch, and place a confetti wreath at the center. Piece the gnome together, then attach it to the center of the wreath, and you’re done!
