Materials:

  • 14-inch wire wreath frame
  • 24 chenille stem, silver color
  • 3 white dollar tree table runners
  • Blue, white, and red ribbon
  • Red sheer ribbon
  • Blue sheer ribbon
  • Star stripes ribbon
  • Floral wire
  • Red and blue mesh
  • Confetti wreath

Directions:

Step 1

Fold the chenille stems in half, then insert them on the 2 lower wires of the wreath making sure they are spaced evenly about 1 to 2 inches, and then twist them in place. Insert the next chenille stems on the 2 wires in the middle of the wreath, then space them evenly, and twist them in place. Dab some hot glue on them to make them stay, then fold the ends of the table runner together, and place them all around the wreath using the stems to lock them in place.

Step 2

Make sure to fluff the fabric as shown in the video, then cut the ribbon pieces, and tie them together with a floral wire. Curl the mesh together, then attach them to the wreath along with the ribbon bunch, and place a confetti wreath at the center. Piece the gnome together, then attach it to the center of the wreath, and you’re done!
