Choosing the perfect wreath to make for Fall can be difficult because there are a lot of designs that you can choose from. But one of my picks is this one by MY DIY on YouTube. It’s lovely and it’s the perfect decor for Thanksgiving, too, but most of all, it’s super easy to put together and only requires supplies that you can easily find from the nearest Dollar store.

Materials:

  • Witch hat wreath
  • Scissors
  • Burlap ribbon
  • Assorted ribbon
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Pool noodle
  • Cutter
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Artificial flowers, leaves, pinecones, etc.
  • Any other embellishments you prefer

Directions:

Step 1

Remove the material around the witch hat wreath until only the frame is left, then wrap the burlap ribbon all the way around until covered except the bottom part, and make sure to dab glue as you go. Cut a piece of pool noodle the same width as the bottom of the wreath, then cut the piece open on one side, and attach it to the bottom of the wreath.

Step 2

Tie it in place using pipe cleaners, then trim off the excess stems of each artificial flower and leaves, dab some hot glue on the ends of each stem, and push them down the pool noodle. Make a bunch of assorted ribbons as shown in the video, then attach them to the lower center of the wreath’s base, and fill up the spaces with more artificial flowers, leaves, pinecones, and other embellishments you prefer to use. Hang your cornucopia wreath wherever you want.
