I have always wanted to have a sprinkler in my yard and garden and while browsing the internet for tips, I stumbled upon this video tutorial by The Man With The Hat on YouTube, and I got immediately intrigued. This nifty project idea caught my attention because of how simple and quick it was to make, and it only requires an empty plastic bottle which I happen to have a lot of stored in my kitchen. I gave it a try and placed it in my garden, and I was glad about it because it does the job really well, which is why I might make more of it for my yard this time. I hope you also find this as helpful as I did, enjoy!

Heat the metal end of the bradawl, then hold the bottle in place, and punch at least 3 to 4 holes in a straight line along the body of the bottle (the smaller the holes, the higher the pressure). Turn the bottle a bit, then punch another layer of holes slightly offset than the 1st row. Heat up the mouth of the bottle a little bit to soften it, then screw in the hose lock clip and connector, and then attach it to the end of the hose. Place the DIY sprinkler in your garden, then adjust it to position the holes at the right angle and make sure that they are facing the plants that you want to water, open the faucet, and start watering your plants.
