Crafting is a hobby that I acquired a long time ago and it’s an activity that I just can’t seem to stop doing. I often find myself looking for another project to start way before finishing the previous craft that I’m working on, and I think that’s the charm of this hobby, that you just can’t keep your hands away from DIY projects.

One of my most recent projects is a DIY flower made out of chiffon fabric, and I learned this from Totally Dazzled on YouTube. This was also one of my favorites because it’s the perfect finishing touch for my table setup. This also requires no sewing and it’s so easy to make that you can finish a piece of flower in just a few minutes!

Step 1

Cut a piece of fabric at approximately 4×17 inches, it doesn’t have to be precise, then scrunch up the fabric, and tie them together with a piece of string.

Step 2

Fluff it up, then light up a candle, hold the flower at least 1 to 2 inches above the flame of a candle, and let the heat curl and seal the edges of the fabric nicely.

Step 3

Make another piece, then layer them together, and stick them in place with hot glue. Attach a piece of rhinestone embellishment at the center and you’re done!
