How to Make a DIY Untippable Dog Bowl For Less Than $10

If you have a very active and playful pet, then you must have experienced a tipped bowl and water drenched floor a couple of times. No matter what kind of bowl you bought, it just didn’t work, and your fur babies won’t stop tipping the bowls either. Luckily, I found this DIY project idea by A Random Nerdy Channel on YouTube which will teach you how to make an untippable bowl in just a few easy steps, and what makes this even better is that it only costs about $5 to $10! I’ve already tried making one at home and my dogs loved it, I might even make more to replace the old water bowls of my dogs, and maybe add some designs to it, too. Materials:
- Metal bowl
- Quick-set concrete
- Flexible rubber bucket
- Mixing bucket
- Stirring or mixing tool
Directions:
Step 1
Place the metal bowl inside the bucket making sure its centered and upside down, then add 2 liters of water to the mixing bucket, and add about 10 to 15 kilos or 22 to 33 pounds. Mix them together until combined, then quickly pour it over the metal bowl, and spread it out evenly.

Step 2
Add more cement if needed, then mix it in, and spread it out nicely. Let it sit for a couple of hours until set and hardened, then release the sides, and gently flip it upside down to unmold. Clean out the edges of the bowl and you’re done!
