Get a glass and use it to remove the center of the bread slices. Grease the pan with butter and place it over medium-low heat. Add the slice of bread and put the egg in the middle. Place a pan over medium heat and grease it with butter. Dip the slice of bread into the mixture and place it on the pan. Add some cheese and green onions on top, then fry for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.
