Ingredients:

  • 1 small egg
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 7 to 8.8 oz of chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions:

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven to 302 to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2:

In a bowl, crack 1 small egg and add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Whisk until the consistency becomes thick and smooth.

Step 3:

Add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of milk powder to the mixture. Fold until well combined using a silicone spatula.

Step 4:

Gradually add the chopped peanuts to the chocolate mixture and mix until everything is well coated.

Step 5:

Using two spoons, scoop the mixture and form it into a round shape. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Do the same for the remaining mixture. Make sure you leave spaces in between the chocolates.

Step 6:

Place the baking tray with the chocolates inside the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 7:

Once done baking, remove the tray from the oven and place it on your countertop. Let the chocolate cool for a while. After a few minutes, it will be crunchy. Remove from the baking tray and place on your cooling rack to let it cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
