This is a very easy candy that you can cook with the help of your crockpot and it also only requires 4 ingredients which makes it even more convenient to make, especially if you’re planning to serve it for your next party.
Ingredients for White Chocolate Cranberry Clusters:
- 24 oz of vanilla almond bark, cut into chunks
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1½ cups of dried sweetened cranberries
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
How to Make White Chocolate Cranberry Clusters:
Step 1
Line 2 to 3 baking sheets with wax or parchment paper, then break the vanilla almond bark into chunks and place them in the crockpot followed by the white chocolate chips.
Step 2
Turn your crockpot setting to low heat, then cover it with the lid, and let the mixture cook for about 1 hour undisturbed until smooth and completely melted.
Step 3
Add the cranberries and chopped pecans, then gently stir until evenly coated and combined, and make sure to keep it on a warm setting as you go to avoid the mixture from hardening.
Step 4
Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, then make sure to space them apart evenly.
Step 5
Allow them to rest at room temperature for about 1 to 2 hours or until completely set. You can also put it in the refrigerator for about 30 to 45 minutes instead to speed up the process, then serve, and enjoy!
