Set your crockpot on high heat and spray it light with non-stick spray.
Add 8 ounce of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 3/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onions, minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, pepper, 12 ounce of frozen spinach, 12 ounce chopped marinated artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese, and 1 cup of grated parmesan. Mix everything together until well combined.
Place the lid and cook for a hour on high setting. Alternatively, you can set it on low for about 2 to 3 hours until bubbly.
Mix it well, then place on your serving dish. Sprinkle pepper flakes on top if preferred. Place on a big cutting board. Serve with crostini bread, crackers, and pita chips.
