Add the ground beef, one beaten egg, 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs, 1 oz packet of beefy onion soup mix, 3 tbsp milk, and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix and combine well. Once done, form them into eight large patties, then coat each with some all-purpose flour. After this, fry them on each side until browned. Now, spray some cooking spray in your crockpot, then transfer the cooked patties.

Next, in a bowl, combine two cans of beef broth, 1 oz packet of au jus gravy mix, 4 cloves of minced garlic, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Mix until well combined, then pour it over the patties. Place the lid of the crockpot, set it on high, and cook for four to five hours. After this, remove the patties and transfer the gravy to a pan. Bring it to a simmer. In the meantime, combine 1/4 cup of water and 2 tbsp cornstarch, mix well, and pour it into the gravy. Continue to simmer for another one to two minutes. Serve with some mashed potato. Enjoy!
