Ingredients:

  • 2 lb beef cube steaks
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups beef stock

Directions:

Step 1

Season the cubed steaks with salt and black pepper and set them aside. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp onion powder. Mix well to combine. Next, heat 1/4 cup cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Dredge the cubed steaks in the seasoned flour, then gently add to the skillet. Step 2
