The flavor of this dish is rich and creamy, and you will surely eat a lot of this until it’s all gone. You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference or if you like your food somehow spicy, then you can also add some chili seasonings to taste. Get your crockpot ready and let it do all the work!
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces, then add them to the bottom of a crockpot followed by the baby carrots, and spread them evenly. Put the chicken on top of the veggies in a single layer, then in a separate bowl, add the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and milk, and stir everything well until combined and incorporated.

Step 2
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste, then pour the sauce over the chicken evenly, and cover the crockpot with the lid. Cook the chicken and veggies on a low setting for about 6 to 8 hours or on a high setting for about 3 to 4 hours, then serve, and enjoy!
