You can make these crackers any size or thickness that you want, of course, the thinner the crunchier and crispier. Ingredients for Keto Crackers:

  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • ½ tsp of kosher salt
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 large egg + 1 tbsp of egg white, whisked
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter or oil
  • 2 tbsp of Everything Bagel Seasoning

How to Make Keto Crackers:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F, then add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl, and give them a good mix. Add the egg and butter, then continue to stir until the dough comes together, and transfer it to a large Silpat. Place a large piece of parchment paper on top of the dough, then roll it out into a rectangle at ⅛ inch thickness, and then peel off the parchment paper on top.

Step 2

Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, score the dough into 2-inch squares, then brush it with whisked egg white all over the top, and sprinkle it with Everything Bagel Seasoning to taste. Press them down lightly to adhere the seasoning sprinkled on top, then slide the Silpat with the dough onto a large baking sheet, and place it in the preheated oven.

Step 3

Allow the crackers to bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the crackers are firm to the touch. Let the crackers cool down completely, then break the crackers apart along the scored line, and serve. Enjoy!
